- Alasandalu\Black eyed Peas : 2 cups
- Onion : 1
- Green Chilies :4
- Cilantro: 1/4th bunch
- Oil : for deep fry
- Soak alasandalu for 3-4 hrs.Once they are done, grind into batter not as smooth paste along with green chilies and salt.
- Add chopped onion, cilantro and mix well.
- Heat oil in deep kadai for deep fry.Take a small ball of batter and press as vada and slowly drop in oil.
- Fry them till they turn into brown color.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
